🚚 Delivery Information
What company do you use for your deliveries?
We normally use Royal Mail. If the parcel weight exceeds 2 kg, we will identify the most cost-effective alternative via Parcel2go. This ensures transparent and easy tracking for both our customers and us.
Is my delivery trackable?
Yes, every delivery is tracked. We measure every single parcel, and the details are visible on the address label.

Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order is dispatched.

Tip: If you cannot find your tracking email, please check your junk/spam folder.
How long will my delivery take?
Orders are dispatched the same day or the next working day.

Collection Time: Royal Mail collects from us Monday to Friday at 14:30.

Cut-off Time: We cannot make amendments to orders after 14:00 on the day of dispatch.

Note: Please allow 2-3 extra days during busy periods before contacting us.
Can I provide special instructions for my delivery?
Yes, absolutely! You can leave a message during checkout to name a “safe place” (e.g., porch, behind a bin, with a neighbour). We print these instructions directly onto the address label to ensure the postman can deliver your parcel safely on the first attempt.
🌍 International & EU VAT Rules
Important notice for all EU customers (Post-Brexit): Since 31.07.2021, VAT rules have changed. NapkinShop follows the standard export procedure:

0% VAT at Checkout: All customers outside the UK pay 0% VAT at the point of purchase on our website.

Local VAT Payment: EU customers are responsible for settling the VAT (at their local country’s rate) before receiving their parcels.

Refusal of Payment: If a delivery is refused due to unpaid VAT, the parcel will be returned to us. In this case, the delivery fee and a 10% administration charge will be deducted from the refund.
🎨 Copyright & Decoupage Usage Notice
Can I use napkins for decoupage and sell my own creations?
Many designs in our shop are protected by copyright. NapkinShop sells these as physical items for personal use, crafting, and décor. Purchasing a napkin does not transfer reproduction or commercial usage rights.
If you are crafting for business:

Personal Use: Generally permitted for all designs.

Commercial Use: Selling decorated items may be restricted by brand.

Restricted Brands: Designs from Caspari, Wrendale Designs, and PPD are for personal use only and may not be used on items intended for resale.

Buyer’s Responsibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the commercial policy of specific brands.
How to find “safe” designs for your business:
To make your shopping easier, use our specialised filter on the shop page: ✅ Select: “Suitable for Commercial Crafting” This will automatically display only the products that are safe to use for items you intend to sell.
