Order Processing

We typically process and prepare orders on the same day or the next working day after they are received. This includes carefully checking the items, packaging them securely, and preparing the shipment for dispatch. Our goal is to ensure your order arrives promptly and in perfect condition.

Orders placed before 13:00 are usually dispatched the same day. Orders received after this time are processed and shipped on the next working day. We prioritise First Class deliveries whenever possible to ensure a faster turnaround.

UK Shipping (Royal Mail)

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom using Royal Mail tracked services. All parcels include tracking and are dispatched with one of the following options:

  • Tracked 48: £3.60 – aims to deliver in 2 to 3 working days

  • Tracked 24: £4.49 – aims to deliver on the next working day

Free UK Shipping

We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £35.
This free shipping always uses the Tracked 24 service.

Dispatch Schedule

Parcels are collected by Royal Mail Monday to Friday at 2:30 PM.

  • Orders placed before 13:00 (1:00 PM) are usually dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 13:00 are dispatched on the next working day.

  • Orders placed after 13:00 on Fridays, or during weekends or UK bank holidays, will be dispatched the following working day.

If you choose Tracked 24, we will prioritise your order for same-day dispatch whenever possible (Monday to Friday).

Note on UK Bank Holidays

Most UK bank holidays fall on Mondays and may affect our dispatch schedule. We do not ship parcels on bank holidays, so any orders placed shortly before or during these dates will be sent on the next working day.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide and aim to offer reliable and cost-effective delivery options tailored to each destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the size and weight of your parcel, whether you’re ordering within the UK or from abroad.
Please note that we are unable to offer free international shipping due to the variable costs of global delivery services.

Delivery Services

For parcels under 2 kg, we use Royal Mail International, which offers affordable and dependable service.

For parcels over 2 kg, we use Parcel2Go, a trusted shipping comparison platform. This allows us to select the best value-for-money option from reputable international couriers such as Parcel Force, FedEx, DHL, UPS, and DPD, depending on your country and the available rates.

No Hidden Fees

Our webshop does not charge any extra fees beyond the item prices and the shipping cost shown at checkout.

VAT-Free Pricing for International Customers

All prices on our website are displayed excluding UK VAT.
If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, your cart and checkout will also show the net prices only, plus shipping. No UK VAT will be added to your total at checkout.

Customs, Import Taxes, and Duties

International customers are responsible for any local customs charges, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees required by their country. These are typically collected by the delivery company before releasing your parcel.

As the seller, we are responsible for sending your order. You, the customer, are responsible for paying any import-related charges to the courier. This may include (but is not limited to):
VAT (Value Added Tax), GST (Goods and Services Tax), customs duties, clearance fees, or additional local surcharges.

Every country has its own rules. We strongly recommend checking your local import regulations before placing your order.

Responsibility for Delivery Times

We are responsible for the part of the delivery process that is within our control—specifically, preparing your order and handing it over to Royal Mail or any other courier service we use.

However, once your parcel has been collected by the delivery service, it becomes the responsibility of the third-party courier.
We cannot guarantee their delivery times, as we do not have control over their operations.

We will always do our best to assist you in the event of delays or delivery issues, but from the moment the parcel leaves our premises, the courier is fully responsible for getting it to you.
